Spray the inside of a 3 to 4 Liter crock pot with non-stick cooking
spray. Place the onions, potatoes, carrots, apples, and raisins in the
bottom of the crock pot. Sprinkle curry powder over all. Next, add the
chicken breasts. Pour chicken broth over them. Cook on low heat for 4 to
6 hours. About 30 minutes before the dish is done, combine the sour
cream and cornstarch and stir into the dish. Finish cooking and it will
be ready to eat. Serve over rice. It makes enough to feed 4 to 6 people.
