Crock Pot Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 500ml of Milk
  • 250g of Regular Oats
  • 60g of Brown Sugar
  • 250 g of Apple, peeled and chopped
  • 120 g of Raisins or Dates, chopped
  • 120 g of Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tble of Melted Butter
  • 1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of Salt

Procedure:

Coat the inside of a 3 to 4 Liter crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Put all the ingredients in the crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on low heat for 8 to 9 hours. Stir well before serving.

The next breakfast recipe is excellent as breakfast for a special day. You can be creative with it in changing out different ingredients. It’s ready to start cooking in just 25 minutes.
